Well... they can fight to get her later, should they really want her...I only have 2 favorite charas (Akame and Esdese) and 1 likeable chara (the lord of Path of Peace). Don't have any plan to claim them after pervy brother gets Esdese. Now to ruling out more from the list.

Chelsea is still open...

Well, Kurome's teigu is a good countermeasure against Akame's, so it's important to build up for their final battle later (no, just guessing here). Wonder if Kurome will adds more of 'it' later....
