No, no. I am not a professional writer and I definitely not a story-teller. I do not write stories with clear narratives but rather monologues or rants. And of course, it is amateurish.
The Writing Section does not require writers to be professional. I have written crap on the Writing Section and still got away with it!

Just a few things that you should know...
Do not post in Incoherent Babbling unless you have thick skin. That is the forum where we do not restrain ourselves. Occasionally people go there and get very very very very butthurt. Never take anything seriously in there. Most of the time users call each other faggots and if they really like you, "faggog." (I actually haven't seen that in awhile however.) The other forums are also very nice.
Try to keep your spelling and grammar good as well. Many users actually do care about them.
Avoid double posting, triple posting etc.
Be sure to use the spoiler tag (spoil) (/spoil). Use [ ] instead of ( ). There are hotkeys in the post bar that allow for quick code like spoil, url, image, youtube, font, bold etc.
Use the spoil tag for story spoilers, large / multiple images, long conversations, multiple youtube videos and more.
When posting images, use Sadpanda.us or Minus.com. Those two work best. You can also just right click on photos and click view image for a direct link to the images, copy the url, then use that. Be careful from what website you get it from as some sites have things to block that. Zerochan is a good example. Instead of directly hot-linking, they have their own set of links like thumbnails and direct links to the photo.
Do not be a try-hard.
Some common abbreviations:
IB: Incoherent Babbling
CTFG: Chat Topics and Forum Games (also known as ChatFagLand by some users)
SD: Serious Discussion.

Thanks for the info, i'll be sure to not forget, haven't really checking the post bar actually but i keep an eye for such convenient features.
Don't worry about my family, they're old history. My other hobbies are possibly, winter sports such as ice skating and snowboarding, the other are reading novel like my gramps used to, with a pair of glasses and a cup of tea

But if you make threads solely for the purpose of insulting or starting shit, you're breaking the rules.
