I'm the worse person to ask 'what's your favorite...', I have OCD when it comes to making decisions. Honestly, my favorites change frequently on a weekly or biweekly basis. xD
1.) In terms of Mangakas, I would say Clamp. This is a definite favorite of mine. Their series were my baby steps into the manga and anime world.
Among the FAKKU manga collection, I really like NaPaTa's style.

2.) Kiss x Sis or Love Hina are my current top two.
3.) I've been really getting into Astarotte no Omocha.
4.) Hobbies.. fapping? Hehhe. This might sound odd, but I love browsing for cute uniforms and lingerie online. (' w ') My more normal hobbies would be cosplaying, playing around with photoshop and kicking back with my dog.
5.) My favorite genre for this week would be easy listening/pop.

I think it's natural for an avid manga/anime fan to eventually stumble upon hentai. At first, I guess I was 11, the whole concept scared me shitless. It wasn't until five years later when I decided to give hentai a shot.
It did take some time to get used to. But I got into it quicker once I realized that I preferred it over real-life porn.
