New member, but been around the block. All time favourites:
1: Tifa (FF7) - bring back the old white tank top and the mini-skirt!
2: Karen (Code Geass) - Whatever she wears and however her hair is combed it's still amazing
3: Lunamaria Hawke (Gundam SEED Destiny) - There should be more of her
