I think I might have seen her in some of the hentai I looked at, not to sure what Touhou is, I'm hoping that it's a manga or anime.
Long story short.
It's a bullet hell shooter game. Hakurei Reimu is the mc and she defeats youkai that tries to bring harm to Gensokyo.
Touhou is mostly known for its music and fanworks. Their doujins(not the H ones) are very interesting. They don't have much canon or official materials and the characters in the doujin is just basically imagination from the artists. So, you're free to imagine what your favorite character is like.
