Sweden has no age laws for the possession or viewing of pornography.
AFAIK the server is hosted in the States and thus falls under U.S. jurisdiction, therefore you might not be allowed to view the site anyways. I'm not quite sure how those specific laws play out, whether or not the user's country laws are taken over the server country laws or whether both of them are required to be followed.
It's Jacob's call, I'd suggest finding out the above if you want to create a case against your ban. Then again the site terms specifically state you must be over 18, so it may be fruitless to do so.
The site does state such but I believe the only reason for it is to avoid prosecution, which is impossible in my case since I'm a Swede who DOES live in Sweden and is under the Swedish Law System rather than the American Ones, Fakku would never have any problems with Underaged people watching its content as long as they're outside the US. :3
Oh well. If I'll need to be banned rather than suspended I just ask for my account to be deleted so I may create another under the same e-mail next year :3
Ah, but that's not quite how it works.
As an example if data is stored in the U.S. but accessed by a German citizen residing in Spain, all 3 countries may have some jurisdiction over the transaction of data. Of course, which laws apply where and how is based on many different circumstances and you can't expect an administrator or founder to take the time out of their daily lives to go out there and find out which jurisdiction takes priority over the other in each different scenario. Therefore, as a user who wishes to access the content on this site, it is entirely up to you to provide this information.
There is also the fact that there is absolutely no mention of you having to be of legal age to browse pornographic content in your country, it simply states that:
"If you are under the age of 18 you are not allowed to browse the content on this website."
Funnily enough, you are only able to accept these terms when you create an account, therefore they do not actually apply if you have not created an account, as there have been no mention of them and you have not been able to agree/disagree with them.
