1) Yes I'd imagine there are some amateur artists around somewhere. As for mangaka, I wouldn't be surprised if there was one or two.

2) Apparently Piratebay is good. I wouldn't know myself, my ISP's blocked it and using a proxy makes me unable to download anything. So I just use Google.

3) I have no idea. Soz mang.

4) Try to use Google find websites to stream or download hentai. But I'll spoonfeed you one Hentai streaming website you might find useful.

And Gravitycat is right, mind your grammar, or else the grammar nazis will get you. Also it's just plain annoying to read a comment (which can be very insightful and interesting) that's just full of errors.
