Oh, Tony. Still so naive, I see.
If he were smart, he would either have waited another year to properly join, or carefully and cleverly lie about his age like some people did and survive at least a year. He wasn't just underage, he was also immature. Stupid enough to say that he was under 18.
This isn't mean. We're just making sure no one breaks the rules, as harsh as our tactics may seem.
