I'm new here, I'm an aspiring artist and hope to maybe upload here one day~
but for now I can barely draw a shoe, but I can dream.
(question I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add a manga to my favorites ive tried the +add to but it doesn't show anything)

When you press the add button you should see a pop-up box that looks like this:
If it's not appearing for you, you might have javascript disabled (maybe you use NoScript?).

Well i might only be able to draw a shoe but gosh darn if it isn't the sexiest shoe you will ever see~
I just tested a few things by disabling all my chrome addons and still nothing.
Do you know any other way i could fix that ?. (No i don't use any extensions that disables scripts in my many chrome addons)
