To OP; have your friend showed other signs than ADHD? I’m not sure if it’s another comorbid disorder rooting from ADHD or maybe it’s a whole other psychological problem itself( I doubt this though…)AD(H)D is a lifelong challenge. I commend you as her friend, at least you have been with her for that long, even if she has that condition. Maybe you should encourage her to see her psychiatrist again, inorder for her not to repeat the mistakes she showed here.
To the mods; I apologize if my post is a bit out of context. AD(H)D is a subject close to home.
