Finally. I'm finally member of Fakku. Greetings everyone. I'm Adamska, but you can call me Adam or Ada if you like.

I've been using this site for two years now and boy does it feel good to finally have the initiative to join a new online community. Anyway, here are some interesting stuff about me.


Let's see, I started getting into anime and manga when I first met my step-mother, who's Japanese. I was five at that time and naturally, I was overwhelmed, but I quickly warmed up to her since she took good care of me. I watched a bunch of Ghibli movies with her, my first being Totoro, then Nausicaa, Kiki's Delivery Service, etc. My favorite was Nausicaa, because I love insects. After that, I got into Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball, Great Teacher Onizuka, Cowboy Bepop, and a bunch of other series'. The first manga volume I ever bought myself would have to be Negima! V.18. Holy hell, I couldn't understand a damn thing since I started right there. Damn 10-year old kid teacher with magic powers and an entire classroom harem! Still a good series though.

Besides anime and manga, I like to cook,(occasionally) play videogames, play piano, (barely) practice various martial arts, travel, and listen to music. Favorite genres are Rock and Jazz. I got into martial arts cause I thought it was the only thing I was good at back then. When I was in school, I had a superiority complex with my siblings having sky-high grades so fighting is all I had to make me feel special. Parents didn't approve of it though. Eh, what can you do? Anyways, martial arts I've practiced are Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Karate, and Judo. I'm a Nak Muay through and through, but practicing other styles definitely helps. Although I get my ass handed down to me in Judo. My neck still hurts from that crazy ippon seinage my colleague blasted me with.

I play a shit-ton of videogames. Almost unhealthily. My favorite genres are JRPGS, FPS, and VNs; although I try to avoid playing FPS' because they usually ruin my day. Pokemon and Dragon Quest are my favorite JRPG series' and I still play Pokemon religiously. Competitive, even. (PM me if you want to battle!) Halo and Counter Strike has always been my go-to FPS'. My all time favorite single title release would have to be Rogue Galaxy for the PS2. I loved every single thing about that game; being a space pirate and all. You should play it if you have the chance. Other favorable games that come to mind are Harvest Moon, Persona 3 and 4, Dead or Alive 5, Mass Effect, Resident Evil 4, and Metal Gear Solid 2, 3, and 4.

For music, I love listening to Eikichi Yazawa,(you can guess from my sig) Miles Davis, Daft Punk, The Beatles, Lotus Juice, and most recently, nano.RIPE. Holy hell, I am hooked with nano.RIPE. Am I the only one here addicted to their EP song in Hataruka Maou-Sama!? I think it was called Tsukihana... I just can't stop listening to it. Whenever I feel down I just listen to it and it makes me feel awesome. Lotus Juice does the same magic too; he makes you realize that life is beautiful y'know? And I don't consider myself an audiophile, but I like using high-end audio equipment. I impulsively update myself on Head-Fi, and I've been buying headphones left and right. Currently rocking a UM3X with an Apple iPod 4th Gen (Un-amped, Stock DAC) as my main music companion.

Anyhow, I think this introduction got too long and I'll end it now. Hope we can all get along with each other. I am now in your care Fakku.

Haha, thanks for reading the blobs of text. I'm happy someone found me interesting. Yep, after 2 years, I couldn't take it anymore so I finally gave in. Oh, and I checked out IB and Serious Discussions and damn I know what you mean with the ass-fistery, I guess I'll be avoiding those trenches for the time being. And, thanks for the welcome mate. I'm pretty sure I'll be nice and happy here.

You say you like Pokemon, so what is your favorite generation? My favorites are generations 2&3. I like the second generation because it's basically the first generation with a few add-ons (and you can go to two reigons; but then again the Johto reigon is quite small, the game would have been too short without the Kanto reigon, and the third generation because even though it is drastically different from the first generation, you can still feel that it is connected to the first generation. I'm not the biggest fan of generations 4+, but that may me just being prejudiced since I haven't played them. I'm actually re-watching the original series.

Haha, I guess I'll take a dive into IB then sometime. As for my favorite generation, honestly, the 5th, Unova; since I spent the most amount of time on it, has most of my favorite pokes, and the meta is downright deep and exciting. (Well, besides Ubers) I too was like you; I was hesitant to try out the new 4th gen, but when I did, I loved it. When 5th gen came out, I didn't like the new Pokemon designs, but soon, I came to love them along with the new game. You've got to try the new games, I recommend getting Heart Gold/Soul Silver first since you mentioned you liked Johto. Both versions of the game are actually remakes of Crystal, meaning you can go to Kanto and Johto. Also, you have access to 3rd gen and 4th gen pokes. When you're done with that and want more, check out Black 2/White 2. Don't get Black 1/White 1 if you don't want to be stuck with 5th gen pokes until you beat the game. Black 2/White 2 provides you a mixed assortment of Pokemon of all gens throughout the entire Unova region which is awesome.

As for my favorite tags, they would be megane, oral, ahegao, pettanko, tsundere, vanilla, school girl, random, and mizugi. All time favorites are pettanko and ahegao. Pettanko because I love small breasts; they're cute. Ahegao because laughing at funny faces while fapping feels nice.

When I find a game that's really appealing to me, I put all my effort into advancing through the game and beating it. I've been playing Spiral Knights nonstop since September 2011. Think it's high time I took a break from it for a bit...
