Long time lurker, first time greeter?

So ya. Browsing the forums and so on and finally got the idea (courage, motivation?) to say hello and so on. Either I matured past lurking or I had too much caffeine.
Either way, hello fellow(?) Fakku members! I have been about since I saw a Fakku presentation in Hawaii last year, though I have been into Anime and Manga for much longer (since Gundam Wing first aired on CN...)
Oh yes...interests...I like most anime (action/comedy is my fav mix I think), as well as fiction novels (sci fi/fantasy or horror/mystery I guess)...for other stuff, I'm sure it'll come out eventually if I keep around here more.
Either way, to prevent myself from going on forever, I'll go back to the main point, hello all. I will try and be slightly more than antisocial (less than?...whichever is more social), so hopefully you'll see my name on forums now and then with (hopefully) useful input.

Don't know the etiquette to replying within forums...do I use a spoiler to hide it, reply to multiples at once...will look that up later...anyway.
So far I am pretty broad on authors. Sci Fi is probably David Weber and the Harrington series. As for Horror/Mystery, probably anything by Steven King and Dean Koontz...Anne McCaffrey and the Dragons of Pern for fantasy...err, actually, there are a lot of them...
Avatars...will hafta look, as I am no good with art personally and have a feeling that my old love of Duo Maxwell is probably a bit too mainstream for an avatar nowadays.

Pretty much use spoilers to hide images that can be offensive to some, large amounts of images, strings of replys and also a good idea to reply to multiply posts at once. Someone correct me if I'm wrong or missing something.

Some of my favorites, though widely spread out, are Full Metal Panic, Gundam Wing, Angelic Layer (cuteness...), Slayers, And Hell Girl (artsy and stuff). I am sure there are others...but those come to mind right now.
I do like to relax, but am trying to take a more active role and so on...hence the posting I suppose.

Sounds like a good set of rules...will try and keep them in mind, till proven otherwise. Umm, as for caffeine, I have always been a fan of Doctor Pepper, but Mountain Dew Voltage is my current drink of choice.
