250 lbs, which yeah really isn't that bad considering how tall I am. But i defiantly need to loose a solid 20-40

No, 6'4" isn't freakishly tall. Taller than I am though. I'm only ~5'7".

Thanks for the advice. But I'm fine with my height. Any taller and I'd struggle to get in and out of my car. I have a lowered sport compact, an S14 to be exact. Anyway, we're cluttering up gramkracka22's thread.
