Nonstandard M&G thread

Rather than the usual generic thing I think it's a good idea to get to know our fellow users using different things than hobbies, location and things of the like. Not saying they're bad by any stretch of the imagination, there are just enough threads like that out there to meet that goal. Instead of the usual, post something here about yourself that you wouldn't usually say upon introducing yourself, not necessarily something bad, or secretive or anything like that, just a tidbit of information that you wouldn't normally bring up when you first meet someone, for example, I've been a vagrant for 2 years and seen a lot of strange things in my lifetime that most people never will. Anything uncommon about yourself will suffice, so users old and new, lets hear it.

True, however, stickied threads are pretty long, so I figured they'd appreciate not having a novel to read as their first thread. It's a great resource to get to know the users, however for something brief I thought this would be nice for now, that is until it gets buried under the newer threads. Anyway that was just my thought and me trying to do something I considered to be convenient, brief and probably buried by later tonight.

Meh, fair enough. I'm still just 3 days into the forums here (or something like that, days kinda blend while I work the night shift, so some things that may seem common sense may elude me for the next few days whilst I work out the teething issues with the site and being an active member, so for the time being cut me some slack and just point it out when I'm being redundant and you notice, I'll return the favor to anyone new I see repeating the mistakes I've made as of yet.
