How do you give rep? I've seen a few posts that I would like to give the user an extra rep for, but I'm not sure how? Do I have to be a certain level or something?

You get the ability to give or take rep after you have made 15 posts outside of IB (Incoherent Babbling)

And furthermore, if you are new, Welcome to Fakku! =]
