um... i watch a lot of anime but my personal current favorites are Ghost in the shell SAC, code geass, baka to test, and high school of the dead. i read anything i can get my hands on so my manga collection on my shelves and hard drive are overflowing. and as far as hentai goes i like everything (mostly. NTR and stuff isn't a favorite.)
