Well, FAKKU is a basic message board - unfortunately missing a lot of the neat features of modern boards - built around the sections that contain the hentai. So far, I've actually only been in the "Furries" thread, since, as you can see, I adore foxgirls.

So, as you can see, there are many sub-forums, each with their unique topic. Most of the time, however, people tend to spend their time under the "Incoherent Babbling" and "Chat Topics and Forum Games" sections, b/c they turn over more quickly, these days, when Fakku is still suffering from a declined number of users.

As for the quoting, just press the quote button on the post you want to quote, the whole post will then be quoted, if you don't want to quote a post fully, then you have to do it manually.

And if you want to quote manually then I'll put an example with spaces and then without the spaces so that it really doesn't become a quote, here goes:
