It has come to our attention that some customers may have not received the tail part for their NekoPara Vanilla figures by BINDing. If you receive your order and find that Vanilla is missing her tail, please contact : support@goodsmile.jp and explain the situation. Provide photos of the inside of the box and the figure itself to show the part is missing. They will be sending out the missing part to any customers who contact them regarding this issue.
