No to both of these. I'm in no position to divulge anything beyond what has already been said, but this all relates to the store issues we ran into late last year, where we were given extremely short notice to come up with an alternative on our own. While I understand users who are frustrated that certain aspects of it don't compare to what we had before, I hope you can also appreciate that we're rebuilding what normally takes entire teams to bring to fruition, with only a handful of developers. Once again, I hope we can bring back the missing features eventually, but that will take time.
To end of a broader note, while this event was more public than usual, we're very used to dealing with roadblocks at every corner due to the nature of our content. Working here has definitely made me more sympathetic to other players in various industries, and whenever I see one get caught up in new "drama" regarding censorship or business practices, my default assumption is that they might not be the one making that decision. I believe at this point it would be possible—and know for a fact it would be much easier—to walk away from adult content and pivot towards mainstream material.
That said, FAKKU at its core is fiercely passionate about the content we produce, and will strive to continue down this path for as long as we're allowed to. Here's hoping we're moving towards a brighter future more accepting of adult media, and to borrow a closing phrase from the many book afterwords I've worked on over the years,
