[Locked] Age

Last I checked age threads aren't supposed to be posted, mods and admins don't want to deal with children.
Or more specifically, legal cases that could come about as a result of all the underaged users on the site.

Yeah seriously. Although lately there has seemed to be an influx of either dumb members, or for the sake of being nice, "brainfart" moments of members revealing that they are under the age of eighteen. -_-

To be able to actively join the community? 18+.

From a legal viewpoint, you have to be 18+ to join.
But from a logical viewpoint, the ages are probably closer to 14-18.
Now a good deal of users are actually 21-26. So its either you're underaged or old.
I mean c'mon. How many of you guys joined when you guys were actually 18? You probably joined when you were underaged and became 18 somewhere in between.

Not here, but elsewhere. Felt so awesome being underage on an adult website too. It was the shit.

What would you guys do if you found out that someone joined when they were underaged and then became 18 like one year later or so. Would you just leave them alone or would you ban them?

As far as I'm concerned, this rule has not been upheld simply because in the Rules and terms of Agreement stipulates that users have to be 18 or older to join. If any lawsuit approaches FAKKU!, FAKKU! itself would have no fault as it is the userbase that is lying about it's collective age.

That's already happened a few times in the past few months since I've been here. It is rather pointless to ban someone for being eighteen at that point in time. The staff don't really care how old you are, but they are legally liable if you aren't eighteen. You turn eighteen by the time they find out then there really isn't a problem.
