There is quite a few I can think of, and I am sorry if they have been mentioned before, but here goes:
Paradise Lost - Icon
Funeral - From These Wounds
My Dying Bride - The Angel and the Dark River
Dream Theater - Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory
Opeth - Blackwater Park
Emperor - In the Nightside Eclipse
Death - Symbolic
Swallow the Sun - The Morning Never Came
Earth - Earth 2: Special Low Frequency Version
That was a few albums I could think of at the top of my head as perfect, some of it might be controversial picks seen from a mainstream point of view, but I absolutely love these.
I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this album yet, but it was the first album I could think of where every song is really good and I don't find myself skipping any song on the album when listening to it:
Now this may be a little bit underground, but i liked it a lot.
The album is called Cyberia Mix, and it's an album made for Serial Experiments Lain soundtrack, i don't recall any of the songs on the album playing on the show, but they're still really good if you're into 90's techno, and some songs differ from that too.
I also love The 1975's album, i didn't have any complaint with any song, i thought it was perfect.
Then again, it may be just my own taste, but i really recommend those 2 albums.
I will say I never seen an album where every song was perfect. The closest for me would be...
Damnesia - Alkaline Trio/ basically a great mix of some old greats from them and adding some new songs.
The Suffer & The Witness - Rise Against/ great blend of songs that tug at tour emotional strings.
Steven Wilson - The raven that refused to sing, and other stories.
All three of Portishead's albums.
John Frusciante - To record only water for ten days.
