That would definitely be you hitting your cervix, yeah.
Hence why doctors have tried saying over the years that the size of a man's penis plays almost no real role in pleasing a woman. The average size penis (which is I think now 5.5 inches) is more than enough to reach the cervix and stimulate that area.
Kinda like why most woman actually say they care more about the thickness than the length. XD
