Do you guys have any recommend laptop for graphic design stuff or at lest can support Photoshop CS3 well enough.....

I suggest tht the laptop comes with a processor of Intel Core 2 Duo or Core Duo for starters with RAM of 3GBs for better than average performance. Ideally a hard drive space of 150GBs and more. I recommend HPs, Toshibas, or VAIOs with those specs. Anything but a Dell.
If you're working with CAD programs, you'll probably need at the minimum Core 2 Duo and up to Core 2 Quad for processor speed and around 4GBs of RAM. 250GB hard drive at the least for space.

Graphic design really isn't my forte, since I run more system intensive programs. But since most laptops come with Vista, I'd suggest a minimum of a Intel c2d 2.0ghz processor, 3gb ram, and a dedicated graphics card. Don't skip on a dedicated graphics card. If available, Windows Vista 64-bit as well so if you do intend to upgrade ram later on, your not limited to 3.2gb of ram with a 32-bit system.
Also, what would your budget be? I'm not trying to intrude, but depending on how much you are willing to spend you might be limited to one or several.

you're right.It would burn a hole in the pocket of an average joe like me.
But most good thing aren't cheap. It's a fact i guess....

I run my Photoshop CS2(res<=3000x2000) on BENQ, WinXP, Intel Core2Duo with 1GB of RAM. I tried Photoshop CS3 but get a crash in the middle of proccess.
For me, there is no much different between CS2 and CS3, but maybe because i tried CS 3 in lulz laptop.
So i'd say, If it's just Photoshop, you can run in lulz performance laptop. But if you want better, i think 2GB of RAM is enough, and that is rather cheap.
And yeah, not BENQ, i used that because of money problem..

Maybe you're right. If someone doesn't have a lot of money, they might as well do that...

laptops generally are not the place to do graphic designing. Mainly because the price tag is a rough one compared to a desktop.
But if you have the money Core 2 duo definitely. AMD is okay, but intel can push more on each of their clock speeds compared to amd. 3gb is a minimum. It'll just feel bogged down otherwise. If you feel up for it just go and max out at 4gb and sit on a 32-bit OS and you should get around either 3.2 or 3.7 (xp - vista respectively) i believe.
