Are You A Fighter?

yes I can hold my own in a fight but I don't like to fight unless I have too. It takes someone to really piss me off to make me fight for real though. and when I am piss I won't just fuck you up I'll do what ever I can to distroy you.

I'm probably able to fight but i haven't had to get into anything since the 8th grade. I was always taller and bigger than everyone then until high school and diabetes, but i was pretty popular so fights didn't happen.

Yes I can I actually practice martial arts. I am active in kung-fu, I practice everyday, well I have to because kung-fu is really hard.

As in fighting games, I'm good, but not "I can beat an Asian guy in NYC Chinatown good."

Before, my favorite move was the flat headbutt, but after the car-crash, I've been to freaked out to try it.

I don't know if I'm any good, but I'm better than most of the thugs out there.

I dont know any martial arts, but my friend's dad teaches me a lot of tae kwan do, but not enough for me to actually say i know it. the majority of my fight knowledge is pressure points, and basically going for spots that are either sensitive, or trying to inflict as much pain as possible.

also i am very durable, so i rely on my heavy and thick body to act as a cushion for other peoples punches. some other guy at my school classified me as a street fighter.

so do i know how to fight? i know enough
can i fight in a fight? i might be fighting for a few hours, but i think i can handle em.

I never did a fight up to when someones a pulp. But if I need to fight around these days, I will focus on pain infliction, non lethality and move even if my opponents blink. I know Hung Gar but only through internet and I pretty much made up the weight shifts, therefore, an uncredited Hung Gar.

I also forgot to mention that I also know some kung-fu, but mostly hard techniques meant to hurt and maim. My foremost knowledge in hand to hand combat would be boxing though.

Like others, I think we're a bunch of peace lovers, but that doesn't mean that self-defense is something to be forgotten... on the contrary, we should all know how to defend ourselves in a tight situation.

For me, when I'm in a fighting situation, I rely on my 2 pals, Handman(my left fist) and Pancake(my right fist) n/ sometimes I call up my other pals like Mr. Johnson(my right foot), Mrs. Johnson(my right knee), Lefty(my left foot), Lefty-girl(my left knee) and etc. and etc. Ooo, n/ can't forget about Dennis(U don't want to know who Dennis is).

Dennis is your brain. You only use him as a last resort.

couldnt agree more. there aint much if anything that can practically be solved with violence, and even then it was probably blown out of proportion. i respect everyone who practices martial arts however, theres no such thing as being too prepared.

I don't know any martial arts, but I can do most of the counters/holds that i saw (I can and used them once).

Since I was 6,Tae Kwan Do was all i'd ever do...even to this day,but I never got a chance to test the fruits of my hard work.So yea,I consider myself a fighter.

I used to study Kung Fu and spar, but I probably can't fight on the street well. Not all that useful a skill in life anyways unless you are in a fighting sport like boxing or want to be a vigilante. Nothing wrong with being able to defend yourself or studying martial arts to stay focused and in shape, but solving person problems with your fist doesn't work very well unless you are Chuck Norris.

Im not a skilled fighter but I can Potato Punch and Windmill with the best of them.
