Arg! What to listen to!

Okay, I've had it trying to look for stuff/specific tracks so I'm coming over here to ask the general music community forum as to what you would suggest for music tracks or groups?
For the most part I'd like to avoid anything depressing sounding, and highly enjoy stuff that has a fast/quick beat and great melody/rhythm ... minimum words would be awesome but not required for a suggestion :D
My top favorite genres include but not limited to, Trance, dance, Rock, Jrock/pop, and that's about it for favorites xD
So please! Help me in my hour of need :)

'Head for the door' is a really great album by The Exies. It's very upbeat, energetic and bouncy. One of the few rock bands I like. The Fray is also a good band if you are looking for that kind of sound. Those are my two recomendations anyway. Good luck amigo!

The first thing which came to my mind after reading your description would be 'Liquid Tension Experiment' (Since '07 known as 'Liquid Trio Experiment'), a side project band from Dream Theater's drummer Mike Portnoy.
It's a mixture of rock and metal, so it actually fits half into your favourite genres, and I guess it does never hurt to take at least a look at it. Here's an example, all their stuff is completely instrumental.
Another name which would fit into your descrption would be Warmen, a finnish melodic metal band and side project of Children of Bodom's keyboardist Janne Wirman which is also influenced by european classical music. Although I'm not sure if that's your taste, it features a lot of fast and awesome melodies. About half of their stuff is instrumental, here's another example.

Ayumi Hamasaki is awesome if you want J-Pop, and quite a lot of her songs have been remixed into dance tracks/trance music, so it's a great bet.
If you don't want a lot of/any lyrics, I suppose you could just go for the instrumentals of any song, but ROUND TABLE ft Nino is pretty good anyway, lyrics or no.
