We didn't have no fancy computers or big plasma TV's. No we had a Radio and a news paper that is how we got our news.

We didn't go to the store for a gallon of milk we had fresh milk delivered each day.

We didn't pay no 4 dollars a gallon for gas we paid 25 cents and that filled our tanks up

We didn't hide from our neighbors we invited them over for a Sunday BBQ

We didn't have detention in our schools we had the Paddle.

We didn't pay a buck forty for a soda we paid a nickle

we didn't have all these organic foods, in our super markets if we wanted organic we grew it ourselves.

We didn't buy canned food we grew and canned our own

I just guess I'm getting too old for the times.
