Backup Software

Does anyone know a FREE backupsoftware what is able to acces and save backup files
on a password protected FTP-server. All backup softwares I tried fail in the
matter of saving on the FTP-server. Please recommend me one.

1.) Login to FTP server
2.) Copy and paste directory onto your computer
3.) ???
4.) Profits!

That's too easy. I want to do a complex procedure.
And I want that the software makes scheduled backups, so I don't need to do it myself.
