Ben 10

So, I've been watching this show lately and it's actually pretty good. The concept is really well done and it kinda reminds me of the shows i used to watch when I was younger (mummies alive, street sharks, etc.) I was just wondering if anyone on here had watched it and if they had, what do they think about it.

I almost bought an omnitrix toy XD but I decided against it lol, though I wouldnt mind having one in real life XDXDXD

I actually have taken interest in the show, but never bothered to keep up with it due to Cartoon Network's shitty ass scheduling of their shows.

It actually has a plot, romance and action. Kind of like an anime, but with an american twist. Like Teen Titan's or The Avatar.

Never heard of it.

At one point in my life, I had a thing for Gwen.

And there's no shame in that here ^_^

if you like watching decent american cartoons (ie teen titans and avatar, like illumi said), it's good, at least worth looking into

The first ben 10 was pretty good.

Then Ben 10: Alien Force came out. I was pretty excited to see them all grown up, but I didn't expect their characters to be so blocky and it was lacking Action. I never went past the first 2 episodes...

when you watch the german dubbed version, gewn is very annoying all the time, like desperate housewife or something.

But still quiet sexy.

btw I love the episode with the future gwen, where ben 10 is now ben 1000 with those 1000 kind of transformations.

She's trying to have sex with everyone? How is that annoying. Well maybe STD's..Those ARE annoying. Not speaking from personal experience (thankfully) but, the idea of having to get checked, use medication, get rechecked to make sure its gone. If its herpes, your just fucked and that shit will never go away.

When the show premiered, I watched the first episode because I had nothing better to do. I facepalmed not even ten minutes into the episode.

The show is called Ben 10. The kid's name is Ben Tennyson. He is 10 years old. He can turn into 10 aliens.

I mean, shit. Way to beat something to death.

Anyways, about the actual show - it's not great, but it's not bad. Well, Alien Force is bad. WHY THE FUCK IS IT ALWAYS DARK? Because they're older and it's a "darker" show? Ugh.

I don't dislike the new series. As a matter of fact, I always try to record the new episodes and watch them in my spare time. However I have come to realize that the series is beginning to lose its luster.

I'd say the Producers of the first show should make an in-between show where Ben continues his sixth grade school year...but then I'm also releasing a geyser of verbal diarrhea from this post...since the movie was submerged in bad acting and over the top special effects.

The actor who played Laverne Roberts from Scrubs softened the blow of the sub-par movie, however.
