I do powerlifting and masturbating a lot isn't good for you as it relaxes muscles, etc. I've read somewhere that it isn't that bad if you do it sometimes..But if you do it like ..3x in 1hr..you've got a problem.

I have yet to watch the entire episode, so I can't be sure, but I have always thought that workout videos don't really require any subtitles, since viewers only have to follow the onscreen instructions and actions.

Of course, the safety reminders before a workout will definitely be good advice for the newbies and those who have not exercised for a while.

you don't really need the subtitles. The only scene that needs it is the Introduction scene, instruction scene, and ending scene.

@gambler: Rather than calling it an episode, I rather call it sections, since I downloaded the DVD iso. The exercise parts are divided into parts
Besides the first and second meeting, the rest is just do it yourself, while she's counting.

ex:
Camisole, 12 count

Lingerie, 12 Count
Lingerie, 24 count
etc...etc.. :D
