totally agree, hate console wars but wat are you gonna do?, this is the technology age everything and anything has to be electronic due to our advancing tech ~degozaru
I play go...and chess...and for a few days I had the iphone port of monopoly, but I del'd it since it was kinda boring with nobody else to play with. The decline of family "togetherness" has also led to the disappearance of many classics that we all used to enjoy together as a family. Nowadays it's all "IMA GONNA BLOW YOU FUCKIN FACE OFF FIRST WITH MA NUKEZ!!!"...
god my parents still make everyone get together to play a board game or cards. I cant fucking stand it!!! (cards isnt as bad though)
the new kingdom hearts game birth by sleep has a board game version of each world to play ounce you beat it, the board game helps you lvl up and gain abilities
I still play Monopoly and Clue... the rest rot in the game closet... MY FAVORITE is drunken Guess Who Star Wars Edition. It gets violent! Oh, the holidays!
Monopoly, never gets old..Can play for hours just collecting taxes and such..
Wel, I play cards though. Haven't played any board games in about 3 month's.
I remember playing monopoly and risk at a friends house more then a few times when there was like 4-5 of us. If we did play either the game would last through the night into the next morning usually.
But now a days, no reason to. Even grabbing one of the PC monopolies and playing vs people online just feels like it would be a bad experience most likely.
