I got this a couple of times. I remember it rejected any anti-virus i tried to install. I don't know how but I ended up using Avast! on it. And it cleared up.

But,better to use ANSAV,PCMAV,NOD32,and Norton AV .
I have personal antivirus to stop brontok,but it's not for commercial,since my AV is in beta testing .
