I love Still President Bush, his speeches are awesome when you're totally sleep deprived and the world has gone all hazy.

Also when you're completely stoned, tweaked on coke, or tripping balls. Basically any kind of drug makes Bush somewhat interesting, except for heroin. Well, that's just my opinion.
