Calming Songs

What are some calming song that you like to listen to.






Just to name a couple.

To take a song I learned through making a similar thread.

I find a lot of her songs calming. Or rather I just want to lay back and listen to her voice.

but if im not feeling audioslave, or indifferent, then i feel this one.

You think Im sarcastic... but I actually fall asleep listening to Behemoths new album... specifically Daimonos.

For some softer stuff I can think of the quieter sections of some songs from the Black Clouds & Silver Linings album by Dream Theater. Not wither though.. I just dont like that song, its like its not Dream Theater, almost like a completely different band. In the Presence of Enemies pt2 isnt so bad either.

Opeth DEFINITELY has some soothing songs, especially on their Damnation album.


Hessian Peel on Watershed is quiet too.

Well... that is until 5:45 hits :D

There's a couple that fall into this category. The first probably being 'Shadowman' by K's Choice.

usually i listen to metal song...but sometimes i need to clear my head...so i listen to this song...and this song too...

Usually, I listen to the instrumental version.

Kamelot truly makes great ballads. Too bad this track wasn't on the album by default, but as a bonus track. Would've been a great closer.

I think my style of music in general differs from this topic, but I'll go ahead and post mine anyway.

This song always makes me calm down, maybe its the harmonica.
