That's not really a band that's more the government overreach on your personal freedoms by giving them access to your ID in a governmental overreach which we're doing enough you look at the states that doing it they're supposed to be the states rights Free Speech people which is kind of weird you would think my liberal State of California would be the ones doing something against your personal freedoms but.
Now if you're asking do you have to register with your state to look at fakku that's a good question I jumped on my VPN set it to Texas and Kentucky because they're the only states on the Node and I was able to access the site but that might just be a cookie that I have stuck in my browser I'm not going to flush it to check
if someone does have issues then I would recommend a VPN set to a node like Europe or California possibly New York not Canada or England or Australia possibly France. Those will have some issues on content legality
