I like it, especially the hair and the colors you have used, some things that I noticed. The leg is kinda messed up as temcor says, I'm a nub on anatomy but how you overlap the legs made it look kinda broken...not sure.
The folds on the clothes need a little improvement, especially on the lower potion of the shirt. I'm not sure where the light source is, I'm guessing its directly over her, but I believe that having a concentrated light source will allow you to make your drawing seem less flat. the books are flat ._."...sorry if it seems harsh, these are just the things that will make your piece stronger imo.
