Just a couple of questions about the matter, what's your honest opinion about these

1. Do you think you can have a relationship with a crossdresser? A guy who wears women's clothes or vice-versa

2. If you would, do you think you'd feel bad if this person looks better than you? Ex. a guy cross-dressing as a woman looking better as a woman than the girlfriend

I honestly don't care what people look like if I am going to date them. Personality holds more with me than looks. What's the point in going out with them if talking with them is like talking to a wall. Boooooriiiing.

Cross dressing as it stands is fine by me, but I despise that attitude adjustments it usually leads to. If a guy wants to dress as a woman then that is fine with me, but flaming is not. That isn't to say that all are flamers, but a lot are and flamers piss me off.

Flamers give a bad rep to gay men and bisexuals that just doesn't necessarily apply.

Flamers are so cute, though! I don't necessarily think they give a bad rep to all gay people, they just piss off the people who can't stand the LGBT community. I think you just want gay people to stay in the closet. People will be people, and if they want to flame while they cross dress, what's so bad about that?

Not at all. I'm bisexual myself, I'm obviously pretty open to the whole concept. I just can't stand flaming. I'll never believe their is a reason to act like that. There is a fine line between embracing your sexuality and acting like a twat, apparently.

But it doesn't really matter all that much. It really isn't my business if someone wants to act like that, but I'd prefer they don't around me.

I knew a flamer in school, he was raised by two women; and although he didn't cross dress, he flamed hard. With some of them, it's the way they were raised, or how they grew up being treated the way they were. It literally is just who they are. "I just don't want them doing it around me" screams bigotry and xenophobia.

Perhaps, but we all have that in some regard. I choose to think it's more of a behavioral trait rather than personality. Something that someone chooses to act like. If I believed it was a personality trait I'd feel differently, but I refuse to believe that it is.

Pmangaka, yes like that or the other way around too, like a woman who dresses up as a guy. From observation, its easier for asian men to pull it off. Take Gackt for example too

Depends on who you ask. Flaming typically refers to a male, usually a gay male, that acts overly feminine usually to the point of annoying others.

Tsuraya, I cant picture it in my head how being too much of a woman would be like, I can imagine being too much of a man though, leading to one being a complete arrogant muscle-bound air head. I guess overly gossipy, bitchy, complaining and vain? But I guess even a real woman would be annoying at that point

I really havent met or seen a crossdresser before in real life outside of cosplaying. I guess I need to go out a lot more.

ive been hearing from other people as well that gay people usually despise Male to female crossdressers. also that crossdressers are often seen by people as gay, some cant even comprehend the difference. well just from my observation of those around me

penelope, maybe you can try exploring more options on make-up. It can make a difference, considering that it can at times make a guy look like a woman, alone.
