CwCheat for the PSP

OK, I know I'm going to get some negative comments, but how do you use cwcheat on the PSP? I'm not very techy, so I have a difficult time.
I can't get my PSP to enter recovery mode after I put seplugins in my PSP main folder. I have a PSP fat with update ver 3.9.

If anyone on FAKKU can give me a step-by-step, basic, easy, and noob-oriented guide, I would be much obliged.

P.S. Should this go in the Requests section? o.O

Computers and technology doesn't really work as Video Games and Consoles...
