Well, that's the thing. Every seller is different and probably has a different batch of fees, so they probably can't include them all. The 700 yen is Yokatta's commission, whereas a wire fee is a fee required to complete the transaction, in most cases. If it were say, 300 yen, that would be unfairly taking away from Yokatta's already low commission.
I absolutely agree that they should have more detailed invoices before they ask you to pay, though.

Yeah, I can't agree with you enough that detailed invoices should be introduced, if just to protect from misunderstandings on either side. I don't know how a 6300 yen mistake happened, but it did, and even though you didn't have a detailed invoice you were able to easily spot it.
I'd say that it's important to remember how easy it is to get spoiled when Yokatta replies quickly; they do request 24-48 hours for any reply. In my experience they have always been much quicker than that, but I have had some responses take at least 24 hours.
