I am referring to censorship. Shashin is pretty much spot on with what I am getting at:

1. It's legit and that specific cover was censored. - Lots of things could determine this. Not knowing when both the covers came out (yours and Zengar's), he definitely could have either eased up on censoring as time went on or reversed his position. It could also depend on the "source" of each cover; if the Tomoe was a work he put out on his own and your cover was sold through a magazine, then I could definitely see why yours was censored and his wasn't.
2. It's a bootleg. - The seller you asked about is definitely selling some legit goods. It's possible I guess that he has un/knowingly sold bootlegs, but I don't know.
This particular Urushihara cover is from a magazine, so their potential restrictions could have resulted in greater censorship regulations to be placed into effect. But then again to play my own devil's advocate, it is a larger censorship job than I've seen on Urushihara works, and isn't quite consistent with other censorship jobs I've seen placed on his works. But I digress, this could be a result of the mag's guidelines. It did come packed with the paper slip, so that was a little consoling. ;)
Anyhow, here is the URL to the auction:

Here are shots of the cover:
Upon looking at it again (only second time I've really looked at it) it isn't too bad. It's primarily the back side that really steams me though as it's so glaringly obvious.
EDIT: Oh, and 100-page celebration! And now we dance!
