Yes, but it is either in my stomach or somewhere directly under or behind my heart. This happens often when I get drawn into the story, be it manga, anime, film, or book, and I'm a guy as well. For hentai, let's say I get drawn into the moment, rather than story.

Examples, as such:
Kanon (most of it)
The Finale of AIR
Certain bits from the Love Hina manga
When X/Y/Z happened in the last Harry Potter

Yep, I've been reading a lot of Shoujo myself and I get that feeling in my stomach a lot. If the story is good, then theres no need for H scenes. In fact, on some occasions I end up getting a boner when theres a romantic kiss scene.

I don't read shoujo manga, but if they were gonna add H-scenes into it then you might as well just call it a hentai.

some shoujo manga have h-scenes but it isn't as clearly as hentai. because we didn't see mr P enter mrs V only some licking and touching.

I also read some shoujo manga (mostly from Bessatsu Friend and Hana to Yume), but regarding romantic scenes with no H, I feel different ways about it sometimes, not just limited to weird tinges in the stomach. Like sometimes when I read an amazingly drawn and planned romantic scene in manga, I feel as if my heart stopped for a few seconds, breathlessness, or a feeling that my heart's expanding and wanting to burst. But the weird thing, it's like a pleasant sort of pain, like you don't really mind it at all, and it's almost the same feeling I get when I'm really happy about something and can't help it. It's like it was triggered by a rush of emotions.

But some of these ain't limited to scenes in shoujo manga - some of them occurs when reading light novels, adventure-type manga, yuri manga, whatever makes me very piqued and interested about in reading, especially with beautifully-done stories and panels.

It's natural to think of it. I'll bitchslap any man who dare confess they themselve had never planned their perfect romance.

Viewing it is anothering thing though.

I given up on drama romance, it's a broken record in all ways viewed, even upside down.

Anime.. acceptable at times. Shoujo tends to overdo it sometimes. Yep, i'm pretty confident i'm on the shounen type romance side.

Only real men dare to show their emotions to others, because the average 'man' is too much of a wimp and a scaredy cat to show that they have emotions which others could potentially use to hurt them.
