Due to no age actually given,in addition to there being no victim. believe it or not there are women out there who are of legal age who actualy look that young, the name "kitty Jung" comes to mind. so in short possion of such material is legal simply due to minor loophole
#3 and finally, a person should be judged purely on his actions... of those people out there whom enjoy loli were out being pedophiles, i would not defend them. However this is far from the case isnt it?
