g-force->gatchaman->battle of the planets, i was like 4 or 5, then i watched robotech, urotsukudoji, and it wasnt until later that i rediscovered gatchaman, you know what preists and drugdealers say... getem while they're young.

My very first anime was Saint Seya way back in 1994
but I didnt know it was an anime I just thought it was a normal cartoon

it was kinda strrange to me...
it happened wen i was 8, i couldnt sleep and was browsing channels at random on the TV when i saw a strange cartoon on a "open" channel. I saw the damn thing and got terrified, latter i found out that the name of the thing was "The Legend of the Demon"...
But the first that i saw knowing that was anime was Ghost in The Shell and Akira (also at the age of 8 )

I don't really remember my first anime. I think it was either DBZ or Pokemon, although I could have seen some when I was younger without knowing it was anime and don't remember.

The only shows that I remember are Dragon Ball Z and Outlaw Star, but that was before I knew what anime was. My first manga was Fruits Basket, strangely enough.
