i cant say for sure, but if i were to take a guess its probably an avertisement for either:

1. sport undergarments
2. hair products or lip stick/gloss as ayla suggested
3. i dunno, a good soccer porno?

the last picture you posted with the logo of star on the glove furthers my curiousity into what this is for. maybe... just maybe it was girls expressing themselves the only way they know how; half naked soccer.

Well right of the bat, it is either selling underwear or something to do with soccer. Also, the latter is clearly using sex to sell, which usually works if done right.

Also, two words. Cultural differences. You would advertise the same thing differently in America, then you would in Japan or England.
