I haven't been on much, so I forgot. Anyway, who is the real king of the music world?

Just to mention that this is on music and not actually fighting. A bit of a deviation, but it seemed apt.

I'm putting down Elvis Presley because there's no other person who actually obtained the title of "king of music".

But honestly, I've never really liked his songs or listen to them, and I think Michael Jackson has him beat in that department.

I'm going with michael jackson because he made Thriller and smooth criminal

I'm going with Michael Jackson, he has a bigger influence on me than Elvis. I've been listening to his music since I was little.

Elvis would simply pop MJ between two buns, add mayo and devour him alive.

I voted for Jackson. Jackson was without doubt, the King of Pop, and I'd go as far as to say the King of Music. Michael Jackson brought down more barriers than any previous music star could have ever imagined. Hell, we should especially be proud because if it wasn't for Michael Jackson, Japan wouldn't be what it is today. He is revered there for a reason, he had such an impact in Japan.

King of pop vs. king of rock... a match made in hell, literally.

definitely M.J.!! I didn't really like elvis's songs...

Jailhouse Rock was great, but that's about it.

Jackson takes this one... better songs, better videos.
Don't stop 'til You Get Enough probably has the best music video ever, I think they use some of the same backgrounds from the video in H-anime climax scenes.

I can't say I enjoyed Elvis's music - wasn't during my time - however I think he's made a larger impact.

He changed the way music was forever. I mean, TV stations would censor him because during that time of age, it was obscene to be shaking your hips while dancing.

Technically, Elvis made it so Michael Jackson could dance the way he danced.

No question, Elvis wins. If it was a question of who's music I liked better, I'd say Michael, but on a fundamental level, Elvis will always be the king.

Yeah MJ made thriller and came up with Moonwalk but seriously, HE'S NOT TEH KING.

I chose MJ, it's because I grew up listening to his songs... I can still dance to his songs! *gets up and dances to Thriller* :D
