I have found out something useful replacements for cooking/baking for those with egg allergies.
- 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp of oil, 2 tspn of baking powder - mix together well before adding to whatever needed the egg.
- 1/4 cup mashed/pureed bannana's = 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup of whipped Tofu = 1 whole egg
