Today is Eurovision song contest day, aka 'the shit filled bucket' as Matterat says. Seeing as how all the good shows got cancelled for this singing disaster show, I decided to share the horror With Fakku.
The basic premise, is that every country in Europe enters a song, they all get sung in turn on the longest show ever. Then each country has to give points to the songs they like most. Seeing as how many different languages there are in Europe, no one can understand a damn thing any one else is singing about. So voting is usually pointless, and often political.
This year look out for famous European countires such as Russia, Israel, and Georgia :roll:

The thing is though, the UK will probably get 0 points at all. Not because if it has a bad song or not, but because of the whole "Iraq" and "War" stuff and what not, It has nothing to do with the music anymore. Also, countries seem to buddy up these days. E.G. being Turkey giving Sweden 12 points and then Sweden giving Turkey 12 points.
Anyway, I wasn't there to watch it, so it's all good.

lol who cares about that? Singing is overrated. I think they should scrap the program, it's not like anyone actually watches it and takes it seriously.

Just checked the results (For the lulz to see where we came) 22nd out of 24. Greece came first.
