Actually, I think it is a great idea for next year's April Fools Day. Although it may hurt the eyes of users, some sites managed to pull similar pranks earlier this year.

Well I like random posts and that is why both Random and Incoherent Babbling exist. As far as I know we have never said what types of topics belong in either, it is completely up to the poster to decide whether or not they consider their topic random or incoherent.
The only thing that 100% belongs in Incoherent Babbling is when you make a topic about your post count, for example "Finally Reached 1000 Posts!". Other than that everything is fair game.
