F%&*ing pipes!

So it was normal night/morning for me. Get home from work, mess around on the internet for a while, listen to some music, and go to sleep. But that last part got all fucked up when there I am laying peacefully in my bed and I hear a crash. A big one. For a second I thought maybe it was a tree that had fallen and hit the house, but it isn't windy, but by the time I realize that, I'm all ready half way dress ready to deal. I step outside my room and all my thoughts stop as I try to identify the hissing sound I hear. Two instances later I realize its the damn pipes under the old, currently being remodeled, bathroom. So I run to my parents room, tell my dad hes got a big ass problem to fix, then run down to the basement to shut off the water. And now here I sit, typing this, fully aware that we need water for nice things like the shower, washing machine, and toilet. But also, I now have enough adrenaline flowing in my system from the shock of the crash and running that I'm fairly certain I could successfully wrestle a bear.

So how was your 5 a.m.?

My 5am? Sleeping..Freezing toes sticking out of the blankets.

I was having a strange dream in which I was fired for beating one of my managers to death. Oddly, no legal action was taken, and one of my other managers told me it was the right thing to do.

But man, having to piss outside...shame.

My 5 AM consist on sleeping cuz 45 mins after I get up which sucks. I love sleeping.

I suppose it could be worse. Had I not been up the basement would have flooded and some valuable and some useful thing would have been destroyed. And it got fixed quick so no one had to go without a shower. Though I did have to go to work with 2-3 hours of sleep.
