Mitch Hedberg all the way. Dane Cook is good but I found a Dane Cook joke converter so that kinda convinced me of his mediocrity.
P.S. to convert regular jokes into Dane Cook jokes, Type joke in all caps then add three exclamation points to the end. To verbally convert, YELL JOKE OUT LOUD.

Favorite comedian would have to be Dave Chappell and Jeff Dunham(<-- that guy is a ventriloquist and is awesome). Dane Cook is not really that funny.

I gotta go with George Carlin on this one. There was this hilarious British guy that only did one liners, but I forget his name. He had a gameshow on comedy central briefly, but I think it got canned pretty quick.

Dane cook, Gabriel Iglasis, Jeff Dunham. They're all really funny in my opinion. I would put Hiraga Saito but he is too bad ass in my mind right now to be funny. EMOTIONALLY UNSTABlE!

Lisa Lampanelli and Kathy Griffin immediately jump to mind. Sexiest comic goes to Eddie Izzard. Other favs are Ron White, Richard Pryor, Russell Peters, Mitch Hedberg, and Christopher Titus (pre-9/11).

well i don't know much about stand-up comedian but if its about comedian actor then my all time fav would be Leslie Nielsen :lol:
oh and i do enjoy works from will farrel, vince vaughn, the wilson brothers, ben stiller, steve carrel, and many more :P

Chris Rock is an awesome stand-up comedian, but probably Will Ferrell - in his SNL days - is the best comedian I've seen. Also, Jim Carrey in Ace Ventura
