EDIT: Since a few comments suggested that this should become an actual "sticky" it seems like a good idea.
If you have any Amazing Mozilla Firefox add-on`s please contribute to this thread.
I suppose ill add a good one first.
Its called Fastest Fox. It Pre-Loads your browser and saves time so you dont have to keep clicking to the next page etc. etc. when veiwing forums and H- mangas and such.
I think it will help many users! The link is below.

Anyways another good add-on is Noscript blocks all active content unless you allow them to be run.

I seem to remember a similar thread, and the useful software sticky might serve host to these, but nevertheless:
Save Images - save pics on page, from links on a page (useful for thumbnailed image-boards etc.), from tabs to left/right...
Adblock Plus - does what it says on the tin.

Cooliris - It's a random add-on that makes searches sexier.
Split Browser - Allows you to view multiple tabs at the same time so you don't have to flip through them.

I disagree with this suggestion. What you're doing here is putting more load on whatever server a website is hosted on, by sending extra requests, many of which become unnecessary if you don't move on to the next page, etc.

It was fucking annoying.
On a side note, I use FoxyTunes cause it lets me control whatever media player I'm using at the bottom of my firefox window. That includes YouTube and Pandora Radio.
I also use LoliFox to replace my browser error screen with a pic of cute foxgirl.
Just a few that I use.

GreaseMonkey is one of the better, more 'advanced', addons. It requires the installation of scripts which can create a faster, more convenient browsing experience. (endess danbooru pages is one! so get it!)
